You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • Start with a clean, empty litter box, pour enough powder in to cover bottom.
  • Add litter as usual, can be any type.
  • Sprinkle extra powder on top and mix in.
  • Between litter changes sprinkle extra powder on top and mix in to freshen & prevent odors longer.

RECOMMENDATION

  • Choose the right spots for your litter boxes.
  • Don't put a box in a small, enclosed area, like a tiny bathroom or closet, which will concentrate litter box odors.
  • A larger, well-ventilated area is best. But it needs to be in a quiet, low-traffic area, away from your cats food, other pets, and anything that can startle or scare your cat while they are using the box.
