Pricing and availability: Please note that the dispatch/delivery date mentioned in the order confirmation email is an estimate. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order are unavailable. We will provide you with an indication of when the product will be back in stock. Alternative products will also be offered to you.

Despite our efforts, a small number of products in our catalogue may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. 1) If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. 2) If a product's correct price is higher than the price mentioned on the website and we are unable to service the order, we will contact and inform you regarding the cancellation of the order accordingly. If, despite our best efforts, for any reason, we have sent you a product whose MRP differs from the bill amount, please send us an email within 7 days of the order date, and we will resolve the issue.   

Payment made by credit card or any other mode should be received by us on time. If, for any reason, we do not receive payment from the credit card issuer or any agent involved in any of the above payment modes, we will inform you of the same and not process the order until we receive the payment.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
