Isomune-F Lotion by Aranex Animal Health is a corticosteroid antibacterial lotion containing Fluticasone Propionate IP 0.05% w/v and Mupirocin IP 2.0% w/v, formulated for veterinary dermatological use in dogs, cats, and other large animals. It is indicated for Superficial Pyoderma, Primary & Secondary Bacterial Infections, and Susceptible Mix Infections.
Fluticasone Propionate is a glucocorticoid with high topical anti-inflammatory potency but low HPA-axis suppressive activity after dermal administration, giving it a therapeutic index greater than most commonly used topical preparations. Mupirocin provides targeted antibacterial action against susceptible bacterial infections of the skin.
