Advocate Spot-On Solution is a broad-spectrum topical parasiticide for extra-large dogs weighing 25-40 kg. This monthly treatment combines imidacloprid 10% w/v and moxidectin 2.5% w/v to protect against fleas, heartworms, intestinal worms, ear mites, sarcoptic mange, and demodicosis in dogs. Each 4.0 ml pipette provides comprehensive parasite control with convenient once-monthly application. PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED - Veterinary consultation necessary. Active substances per tube: 400 mg imidacloprid, 100 mg moxidectin (Imidacloprid 10% w/v and Moxidectin 2.5% w/v)
Dosage and Application
For Dogs 25-40 kg:
- Apply one 4.0 ml pipette monthly
- Part the hair between shoulder blades to expose skin
- Apply entire contents directly onto the skin in 3-4 spots along the back
- Do not bathe for 48 hours after application
- Reapply monthly for continuous protection
Application Tips:
- Ensure skin is dry before application
- Apply where dog cannot lick the product
- Avoid contact with eyes and mouth
Warning: Highly toxic to aquatic organisms. Dispose of empty tubes responsibly. Do not contaminate ponds, waterways, or ditches with product or used container.

Contraindications
- Puppies under 7 weeks of age

- Ivermectin-sensitive breeds (use with caution in Collies, Shelties, Australian Shepherds)
- Do not use on cats or other animals
- Do not use concurrently with other macrocyclic lactone products without veterinary supervision.
