Savavet Fiprofort Spray | Fipronil 0.25% w/v Ectoparasiticide Spray for Dogs, Puppies, Cats & Kittens
VETERINARY. NOT FOR HUMAN USE. FOR ANIMAL TREATMENT ONLY. FOR EXTERNAL APPLICATION ONLY.
Protect your pets from harmful parasites with Savavet Fiprofort Spray, a fast-acting, long-lasting, and water-fast ectoparasiticide spray containing Fipronil 0.25% w/v. Indicated for the treatment and control of fleas, ticks, and chewing lice in adult dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens 8 weeks of age or older.
Fipronil is a broad-spectrum ectoparasiticide belonging to the phenylpyrazole class. It disrupts the insect's central nervous system by blocking chloride ion passage through the GABA receptor and glutamate receptor (GluCl), causing death of the parasite. Its neurotoxicity is selective — the configuration of GABA receptors in mammals differs from insects, making it safe for use in dogs and cats when used as directed.
Fiprofort Spray stops existing infestations and prevents the establishment of new infestations by killing fleas, ticks, and chewing lice for at least 30 days. The spray remains effective even after bathing, rain, or exposure to sunlight.
Consult your veterinarian before use. Use only as directed.
