INDLC-100 is a veterinary prescription combination tablet containing Doxycycline Hydrochloride I.P. 100 mg and Lactic Acid Bacillus 100 million spores, formulated exclusively for treatment of dogs only. This combination may help treat bacterial infections while supporting gastrointestinal health during antibiotic therapy through the probiotic action of Lactic Acid Bacillus. This is a Schedule H Prescription Drug — veterinarian consultation is mandatory before use.
Composition:
- Doxycycline Hydrochloride I.P.: 100 mg
- Lactic Acid Bacillus: 100 million spores
- Excipients: q.s.
- Colour: Sunset Yellow & Titanium Dioxide I.P.

Doxycycline for dogs may help manage the following conditions, as directed by a veterinarian:
- Respiratory tract infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Tick-borne diseases (e.g., Lyme disease, ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis)

Dosage: As directed by the Veterinarian. No specific dose is printed on this product label. Dosage, frequency, and duration of treatment must be determined by a licensed veterinarian based on your dog's weight, condition, and clinical assessment. Do not self-medicate. Administer with a small amount of food to reduce the risk of gastric upset and oesophageal irritation
Key Contraindications:
Do not use INDLC-100 if your dog:
- Has a known hypersensitivity or allergy to doxycycline or tetracycline-class antibiotics
- Has severe liver or kidney disease
- Is pregnant — doxycycline may affect developing bones and teeth in unborn pups
- Is a young puppy under 6 months of age — may cause permanent tooth discolouration and bone development issues
- Is being given antacids, calcium supplements, or dairy products concurrently — these reduce doxycycline absorption
- Do not use concurrently with bacteriostatic antibiotics without explicit veterinary guidance — drug interactions may reduce efficacy
Not for use in cats. This product is indicated for dogs only.
Common Side Effects:
Most dogs tolerate doxycycline well when administered as directed. Possible side effects include:
- Nausea or vomiting — administer with food to reduce gastric upset
- Diarrhoea or loose stools
- Loss of appetite
- Oesophageal irritation — ensure the dog drinks water after administration
- Photosensitivity — limit prolonged sun exposure during treatment
Contact your veterinarian immediately if side effects persist, worsen, or if any signs of allergic reaction appear.
