Nayflee is a topical veterinary spray containing fipronil 0.25% w/v, used for dogs and cats to control and prevent flea and tick infestations. Fipronil works by disrupting the nervous system of parasites, leading to their elimination. This medication provides effective treatment and prevention of all life stages of ectoparasites (flea, tick and lice) in dogs and cats.

Application Method:
- Wet the coat down to the skin
- Spray directly onto pet's coat at a distance of 10-20 cm against the direction of hair growth
- Ensure complete coverage, avoiding eyes and mouth
- Rub the coat gently especially in long haired animals, so that Nayflee Spray penetrates down the skin
- Allow the animal to air dry. Do not use towel for drying up
- Spraying the paws of your pet with Nayflee Spray after returning from walk helps in preventing re-infestation of ticks
Recommended Dosage:
- Apply 3 to 6 ml per kg body weight (7.5 to 15 mg of active ingredient per kg of body weight), depending upon the length of the coat
- The dose can be achieved with 5-10 pump applications per kg body weight of the 100 ml and 250 ml presentation
Frequency: Dosage may vary based on pet's weight, coat length, and veterinarian recommendations.
Residual Effect:
- Residual effect for 1 month against ticks and 1-3 months against fleas, depending upon the parasite challenge in the animal's environment
Safety in Breeding Animals:
- Nayflee Spray may be used on pregnant and lactating female dogs and cats and on unweaned puppies/kittens
Key Contraindications
- Not for use on rabbits or other small mammals
- Do not use on animals with known hypersensitivity to fipronil
- Avoid contact with eyes and mouth
Common Side Effects Nayflee Spray is safe to use in dogs and cats with no toxic effects when used as recommended by veterinarian. If animal licks or consumes Nayflee Spray contents accidentally, contact your veterinarian for symptomatic treatment.
