Zymopet is an anti-flatulence and carminative veterinary supplement designed for dogs and cats to help relieve excessive gas and bloating. This 30ml oral drop formulation contains natural herbal ingredients including Alpha Amylase, Papain, Cinnamon Bark Oil, Cardamom Oil, Dill Seed Oil, Fennel Oil, and Caraway Oil that may help reduce digestive discomfort associated with flatulence in pets. Manufactured by Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., India, Zymopet is formulated specifically for animal use.
Composition: Each 5 ml contains Alpha Amylase (1:2000) IP 50 mg, Papain IP 6.0 mg, Cinnamon Bark Oil IP 0.2 ml, Cardamom Oil IP 0.4 ml, Dill Seed Oil IP 0.05 ml, Fennel Oil IP 0.0035 ml, Caraway Oil IP 0.4 ml, in a base q.s., coloured with caramel.
Dosage Guidelines: Always follow your veterinarian's specific instructions. General guidelines based on product labeling:
For Puppies:
- 7–12 drops (approximately 0.5 ml–1 ml) twice daily
For Small Breed Dogs:
- 15–20 drops (approximately 1 ml–1.5 ml) twice daily
For Large Breed Dogs:
- 20–30 drops (approximately 1.5 ml–2 ml) twice daily
For Cats:
- 8–10 drops (approximately 0.5 ml–1 ml) twice daily
Administration: Use feeding dropper or spoon. Administer drops orally, directly into the mouth or mixed with food. Duration of treatment should be determined by your veterinarian.
