Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

OPTHOVET-T is a veterinary ophthalmic solution containing tobramycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic used to treat bacterial eye infections in dogs and cats. This prescription eye drop may help manage conditions such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, and other external ocular infections caused by susceptible bacteria. The 5ml sterile solution is specifically formulated for veterinary use.

Dosage Guidelines:

VETERINARIAN CONSULTATION REQUIRED - Always follow your veterinarian's specific instructions.

Typical dosing (varies by condition severity):

  • Apply 1-2 drops to affected eye(s)

  • Frequency: Every 4-6 hours for acute infections

  • Duration: 7-14 days or as directed

  • Do not touch dropper tip to eye or any surface

Key Contraindications:

  • Hypersensitivity to tobramycin or aminoglycoside antibiotics

  • Viral or fungal eye infections (requires different treatment)

  • Perforated cornea or deep corneal ulcers

  • Pregnant or nursing animals (consult veterinarian)
